How the crew works, step by step

Here’s what you’d get each week, and what you’d still do yourself. Start to finish, in six steps.

  1. Tell it about your brand

    Your site URL, what you sell, your specialty and the one thing you need most right now. Add a few samples of your writing if you have them. That’s all the crew needs to start.

  2. Get your plan on Monday

    Astro reads your profile and the crew’s recent work, then writes three moves for the week, ranked by impact. It lands in your dashboard and your inbox at 8am in your timezone. Ask for a new plan any time the week changes.

  3. Ask Quill for the drafts

    Quill studies the voice on your site and in your samples, then drafts the emails, flows, posts or product copy each move needs. Before you see a draft, it has to pass an automatic check for stock AI phrases and em dashes.

  4. See where you stand in AI search

    In your first week, Beacon asks ten questions a buyer in your category would ask, using an AI model with live web search. The report shows which brands get cited, whether you appear, the sources behind each answer and the fixes to make. It runs again each month.

  5. Send Scout to study a competitor

    Give Scout up to three competitor URLs. You get back their positioning, offer, email capture, proof and the gaps you can use. Agencies can point Scout at a prospect before a pitch instead.

  6. Lean on Halo whenever you need

    Halo answers questions, reruns a job that failed and follows up until you confirm the problem is solved. It brings Jake in when a person should decide.

What the crew will never do

  • Send an email, publish a post or change your site. You stay the one who presses send.
  • Log in to your Shopify, Klaviyo or social accounts. It works from your public site and what you give it.
  • Show your data to another customer, or use theirs in your work.
  • Promise rankings, citations or revenue. It gives you the plan and the drafts. Results depend on what ships.
