Billing questions, answered
When am I charged?
You add a card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. If you keep AstroBot after that, the card is charged $49, then again each month. We email you before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, in two clicks. We’ll ask why and may offer a one-month pause instead. You can still leave right then. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I hit a monthly limit?
That bot pauses until your next billing month. If you need a few more in a busy week, ask Halo. It can extend a limit once a month.
What if a charge looks wrong?
Write to support. Halo looks into it with you, and anything about a refund or a price goes to Jake.
The crew writes plans and drafts. It never sends, posts or publishes anything for you, so nothing goes out under your name without your say. Read how it works or the terms.
